Example Linechart Simple Annotation tooltip for Annotation fails

With respect to next branch Simple annotations example

Hovering the annotation dots flickers in the annotation details, but they disappear immediately.

Also, I have not been able to make tooltip for line annotations show at all. If I could request annotation tooltips to the following Line annotation example at

Awe, this was a regression from 2.0.0-next.22 after fixing mobile scrolling (see bsky post for before/after). We switched from pointer events to separate mouse/touch events which allows both scrolling up/down and scrubbing left right.

Since we switched from pointermove to mousemove / touchmove, I needed to update AnnotationPoint to do the same so e.stopPropagation() works for the applicable event.

Really a pain I couldn't find a solution with pointer events, but I saw other libraries that worked as expected with touch using separate mouse/touch so I begrudgingly went with it as well 😁.

Fixed via #602 and releasing as 2.0.0-next.30
