[Bug] Deleting user which has shared calendars, deleats origin calendars.

Info: It seems this bug is correlated to issue #102 . However the steps to reproduce are slightly different.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create user A.
2. Share a calendar from other user Y with user A.
3. Delete user A.
4. Try to view calenders for user Y.
5. Exception occurs: An exception has been thrown during the rendering of a template ("Entity of type 'App\Entity\Calendar' for IDs id(8) was not found

Expected behavior: Delete only users calender without affecting origin calendars.

Version: 4.0.0 ; 5.0.2; 5.1.0

Side Node:
Maybe it is possible to backport this fix to version 4.0.0

Unfornatatly, I found a new bug which is the combination of this bug and #102.
