Progress bar for the tutorial

Thanks for providing such an excellent tutorial at https://svelte.dev/tutorial on the website! It took me some time before I discovered where I was in the tutorial with the hamburger menu, which sort off gives me a sense of my progress:

It would be quite helpful if somewhere in the design some room was made for a rough progress bar.
