Description

For now we almost only rely on the agent itself to resolve problem. However, there will be cases it cannot solve a problem (e.g. generate the right code). And we want the system to turn to help from the human being for input.

Possible Solution (if you have one)

Add a decorator allow_human_input. Any tool can decorate it to enable this capability. The human input will be put into the output message.
