How on earth do I set that environment variable

I've tried replacing sklearn with scikit-learn in the pip requirements files you have listed and after 3h of looking up online I finally figured it out and it turns out it's already been replaced but then you say (ect...) without the brackets so I don't know what other files I need to check so I need to know how to set the environment variable as I can't find a thing that works online please help thank you
