Adds Google Analytics Tracking to your PICO Site.

this plugin was coded to test PICO and the pico plugin api.

1. Download the zip and extract the content to the PICO plugin folder
2. Insert {{googletrackingcode}} into your template after the body tag
3. Add $config['google_tracking_id'] = '[YOUR_GOOGLE_TRACKING_ID]'; to the PICO config.php
4. enjoy...
