[feat] support `verbose` as `ccxt` does

It will be better if this package can support print request and response of rest-api as ccxt does.

Just two points:

• We should avoid limiting the response body characters by default. Can we add a parameter to make this configurable? [link]
• Would it be possible to switch from logger.debug to print? This would align more with the approach used in CCXT.
