Is there a way I can see agent total idle time in a queue? For example if agent logged into the queue for 3 hours, he took 3 calls and total talk time is 30 minutes, so he was sitting idle for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Can this be seen in somewhere pls? If possible is there a way I could get the call path from where is coming to the queue?
