  • Microsoft SDK 7.1 for build PostgreSQL and Microsoft Visual Studio 2013-2015 for build PgAdmin
  • Active Perl <= 5.12
  • Python 2.7, 3.5
  • msys2
  • 7-Zip
  • NSIS
