Packagist webhook is missing

In order for composer auto-update to work, the repository should have the packagist webhook configured and enabled.

I'd do it, but I lack proper access rights for the org/repo.

Could any of the owners @andreiz, @dterei, @iliaal, @krakjoe, @mkoppanen, @tricky please provide appropriate permissions to the active members, @remicollet, @sodabrew, @m6w6, please?

Only owners or admins can manage repo webhooks. I can make @remicollet or someone else an admin or if you give me the webhook config I can add it myself.
