Just use UAvatar with size="md"

Description

Hey,

The sizing and padding of UAvatar espicaly when fallback alt is being used does not look right on v3. See below same component first one on v2, second on v3 (yes it can be changed using config, but dont think this is good as a sane default. Issue also visible in UAvatarColorComponent on ui3 site light mode with vue logo)
