|number with string gives error #390
Description
When I try to use the Number filter according to the documentation with a string {1234.5|number: '#,##0.00'} it gives an error:
AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: number_format(): Argument #2 ($decimals) must be of type int, string given
BTW: {1234.5|number: 2} is working fine.
