v4.2.4 add permission and select all object types gives 500 error

New install of netbox - I have MS Entra SSO login that works only for users right now - still figuring how to get AD groups to populate

Wanted to add permission that allows a user to view only
There is nothing listed in permissions
I select add permission
named it RO (for read only)
select view checkbox
then I MUST select object types this permission applies to - the field is populated with a huge list, but if I select them all - and then SAVE - I just get a 500 internal server error.

I AM able to create separate permissions for each object type category (like I can make a permission called RO-IPAM and just select all the IPAM object types and save it - and can do same for all the other object types) - but selecting all of them at once always throws the 500 error.

any idea where to look as to why this is happening?
