I was wondering why check_downgrade_prevention() is called only if the swap type is BOOT_SWAP_TYPE_TEST. Is the --confirm option intended to be skipped during signing so that a test run is always performed?
This doesn't seem to be the case for the overwrite upgrade modes, since they check for downgrades during boot_validate_slot().
