Windows 11 error

I installed this software several days ago and used without any errors. But suddenly it stopped working. I tried unintalling and reinstalling several times. But no progress. The following error appears.

I installed the software after a month. It was installed properly and worked until I restarted the computer.

Again I got the same error. I got this after restarting on the following day. Before that, I restarted on the same day. No issue happened. And also I should say, There's no "more details" button that I can see in the window.

I think I identified how the problem occurred. When I work at home I use 02 monitors. But when I go for work, I use only one, which means I don't use a secondary monitor. When I use two monitors this tool works fine. But when I use a single monitor, the program stops unexpectedly.
