Feature Request: 'laravel add starter-kit' Command

It would be incredibly helpful to have a command like laravel add starter-kit to easily add a starter kit (React, Vue, or Livewire) to an existing Laravel 12 project.

Currently, the documentation only covers using starter kits during initial project creation. This leaves developers who want to add a starter kit later with a manual and potentially complex process.

A dedicated command would streamline this process and make it much easier to incorporate starter kit features into existing projects.
