[Request] Explain HelloWorld

Get somebody from zero to "Hello, World":

• brief explanation of what a JDK is and where to get it (at least partially, this already exist on the site ~> link there)
• explanation of editing a .java file with a text editor and how to run it with java (now javac - see JEP 330)
• shortest possible HelloWorld (ignoring JEP 445 for now)
• brief explanation of the involved concepts with links to the articles that explain them in more detail
