[BUG] Flipped portrait orientation not working #1285

Flipped Screen orientation does not work. I have tried to manually set it to flipped portrait as well as auto, but both do not work

Expected output: The screen flips so that we can read while the phone is upside down

Current Output: No change in orentation

My device details:
Installer Store: com.google.android.packageinstaller
Device Name: SM-M315F
Brand: samsung
Device: m31
Android version: 12
