Story

As a user of mirrors-countme,
I want it to have a single CLI tool as an entrypoint,
so I can easily discover what I can do with it.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The currently separate CLI scripts are consolidated into one CLI tool with several subcommands.

Background

Online help can list the different subcommands, as can (potentially, if click is used) command line completion.
