Add support to emulator setup and startup #121

Hey! Thank you for the amazing job you're doing with this package.
I was wondering if you think it would be possible to integrate the Android emulator setup and startup flow in this image, or if it's something you could consider a plus one to this project.
Currently, I'm using part of this gist to perform integration tests with Flutter. It would be awesome to have everything out of the box just by setting a few more parameters or using the shell script you created.
