π Task: Docker build for ersilia-pack #1154
Comments
eos4qda and eos69e6 result in an Internal Server Error when making a prediction request. eos2r5a and eos7w6n do not have a server running. |
For now, it's best to just focus on this step by step. I will try to inspect how ersilia-pack is fairing with respect to just the model eos2r5a and then proceed to inspecting Docker builds. We can ignore the rest of the failing models in this list just for now. |
Hi @DhanshreeA Before we consider the Ersilia Pack complete, it would be good to test and build all the above mentioned models. Please update when done and close the issue if all is now working. |
This is presently achieved here. And documented here. Cautionary note: Ersilia Pack dockerization is only supported from Python versions 3.8-3.12. To make older models work with ersilia pack dockerization, it is often possible that we might need to refactor the Dockerfile to specify dependencies in the format that ersilia pack expects. |
