@inbal2l I don't think there are any SG9 concerns in this paper. Can you clarify why you tagged this with SG9?

Sure. In this case, I was hoping for SG9 to provide guidance to the author, as you're the active group that is most proficient in the containers' header (contains mdspan). The paper also has no wording, and your group has very strong wording experts. Similar papers had help from SG9 before, but if your queue is full we can also have this done in the scope of LEWGI instead. Let's discuss this in the mail.
