Problem

In the file projects/fluid/fluid-incubation-proposal.md at line 248, there's a TODO comment that needs to be resolved:

This TODO provides no useful information to users who want to join Fluid community meetings.

Solution

Replace the TODO with comprehensive meeting information including:

• Meeting schedule details (bi-weekly Thursday 16:00 Beijing time)
• Platform information (DingTalk with Meeting ID)
• Link to official meeting schedule and minutes
