Error when building cnode version 1.35.4

Hello guys
node version 1.35.4

What is the error above. Does the cardano node working properly with that error ?
I did with -l argument to cabal-build-all.sh and same error as without -l

cardano-adress and bech32 not found in ~/.cabal/bin folder:
cannot import mnemonic wallet.

How to solve the error.

This is due to introduction of CHaP on IO repo, which - while doing so - broke cabal install on node repo for tag 1.35.4. This was already fixed on master of node repo, the error does not prevent node/cli binaries so you can still continue ignoring this error
