Official iceberg kafka-connect is missing SMTs from original Databricks/Tabular repository #11914

Please describe the bug 🐞
The contribution of the kafka-connect connector from Databricks/Tabular does not contain any of the transforms/SMTs that were available with the original kafka connector, as seen here: transforms
Given that there are so many folks who are reliant on these transforms (in our case we use JsonToMap to mitigate endless schema evolutions as a result of the default 'struct' behavior), is there a plan to incorporate them as part of this repository?
