Some of this is a bit ad-hoc. Starting from FunNT is only really used for the purposes of generating error messages.

This pull request makes it so that users can get something more informative than
### ERROR: parse errorwhen their Pancake program fails to compile. There's certainly room to improve the error messages further; for example, failures during parse tree conversion should be made more informative.Closes #937
