Add CSS class to watchlist pending notice - Updated FlaggedRevsUIHooks.php to add a CSS class to the warning box for watchlist pending edits notice. - Added 'mw-fr-watchlist-pending-notice' class to the Html::warningBox method to improve styling and identification.
