Mina is a Research Associate on the Free Them All: The Fred Hiatt Program to Free Political Prisoners team at Freedom House. Prior to joining Freedom House, Mina worked on the Digital Finance team at the Institute of International Finance (IIF), focusing on financial inclusion through digitalization. In her spare time, Mina worked along with members of the Algerian diaspora to bring awareness to and advocate for the release of political prisoners in the country. Mina has a B.A. in International Business and Political Science, with a focus on the Middle East and North Africa, from San Diego State University.
