Ruffled lace jean skirt mauve pink pearl embroidered roses boho vintage French bohemian festival cowgirl mermaid Renaissance Denim Couture

This "Belle Bohémienne" jean skirt is one of my line of Renaissance Denim Couture, the name I chose for my line of couture because I take vintage denim and give it new life with French bohemian flair. To make this Renaissance Denim couture creation, I took a jean skirt with embroidered pink roses and upcycled it by adding layers of ruffled pimk champagne satin and vintage French lace in two different shades of gorgeous mauve pink and rose hues. I used a soft pink rose antique French lace that has a pattern of small roses, and a shimmery pink pearlized metallic lace with more roses, which perfectly complement the embroidered mauve and pink roses in the denim!! I added the lace ruffles in among the layers of ruffled soft pink satin. For a romantic bohemian final touch, I created lace appliqués for the front and back pockets and waistband. This "Belle Bohémienne" Renaissance Denim Couture bohemian jean skirt is labeled a size 28 waist, but the actual waist measures 30". The hips measure 38" and the length is 25".
