This service is exclusively available for customers with an open order on file. We do not send photos unless a request is made and inspiration photos are received. If you want matte balloons, we recommend exposing your inflated balloons to the outdoors for approximately one hour to encourage oxidation. SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME: Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS First Class mail, which includes a tracking number and delivers within 3-7 business days. Priority Mail shipping upgrade is available at an additional cost. RETURN POLICY: We accept returns on unopened items within 7 business days of delivery, with the return shipping cost to be paid by the buyer. Please note that opened items cannot be returned for safety reasons, and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
