Adina Pignatare | BALAYAGE | HAIR VIDEOS | EDUCATOR on Instagram: "That honey blonde 🍯 Step by Step Balayage. Do you actually paint your balayage applications? Of course I started with #metaldetox - this will neutralize any metals in the hair to create a safe canvas to paint on top of! It’s so easy to use, just mist it on in sections. No down time. I painted with @lorealpro #blondstudio 8 with 40 volume. I like my ratio 1 scoop to 2oz of developer. I glossed with #dialight 10.01 with 9 Volume. 🍯 Things to remember when balayaging: - never let go of tension - keep your brush on its side - saturation is important to get the right amount of lift. You shouldn’t be able to see thru the lightener - open air is less aggressive - your section shouldn’t be wider than your✌🏻sign #loreal Balayage Placement Diagram, Ash Brown And Blonde Balayage, How To Do A Balayage Step By Step, At Home Balayage Diy, How To Do Balayage, Different Hair Colors For Blondes, Baylage Vs Highlight, Bad Bleached Hair, Balayage Hair Technique Tutorials

Alfredo Lewis on Instagram: "🔉 ba•lay•age / balāýäZH/ • noun Definition: a technique for highlighting hair in which the dye is painted on in such a way as to create a graduated, natural-looking effect. The word balayage is a French word that means to sweep. It was the first “technique” that I was taught. The first salon that I worked at was a French salon in Beverly Hills in the 90’s. We had over 20 hair color specialists in which ONLY one used foils. My how times have changed! This is still my favorite technique to do, but it’s not for everyone. I used to trip out when people started calling what I call teasy lights, foilayage, slices, and even air touch balayage 😂, but then I realized something. At the end of the day technique names are for the hairstylist not the client.
