I’ve gone as long as six months. 😅 I feed a ratio of 1:2:1.3 (ex. 1/2 cup starter to 1 cup flour and 2/3 cup water) out of the fridge and she perked right back up in five consistent feedings. 🤗

I suggest doing a power feeding, every 12-hours (discarding in-between) to help those beautiful cultures wake up faster. This will also help your starter not be too acidic to make dough for bread or other baked goods. Too acidic starters can cause underproofing in your dough.
