This was a fantastic piece to work with! Solid wood, great construction, just dated and needed a bold color to become a showstopper! A former client chose this from my inventory and customized it by choosing this custom teal color. She also wanted the base and legs bare. While sanding, I discovered the Burlwood trim around the top, wow! Original hard was freshened up and re-installed. Furniture refinishing can seem SO overwhelming when you see a whole video, which is why I love to break it down into simple steps. Although there are some other smaller steps included, here are the main 7 I took to recreate this piece! 1. Remove Hardware 2. Apply Stripper 3. Strip 4. Sand (@surfprepsanding) 5.
