I thought it’d be easier to upload it again with the recipe than reply to everyone on the last vid so here it is ❤️   300g dark choc melts(compound)  Ganache  150g pistachio paste (100% pistachio), or any other natural nut butter 150g white chocolate  Crispy kataifi  200g kataifi pastry 100g butter, melted  Chocolate paint 25g white chocolate 25g cocoa butter Powdered food dye (amount will depend on the colour and intensity you’re after)  Chocolate paint Melt the chocolate and cocoa butter in the microwave. Add food dye little by little until you reach the desired colour and intensity.  Paint the mould in whatever design you like. Set aside in the freezer.
