SCRAMBLED OATS // Frying pan granola 💛
▫️ 1 banana, mashed ▫️ *50g rolled oats ▫️ cinnamon ▫️ pinch of salt ▫️ cacao nibs ▫️ greek style soy yoghurt + *10g soy protein mixed in ▫️ frozen raspberries, warmed until jammy ▫️ *natural almond butter *all products are from @myprotein and I swear by them. Use my code “FITLONDONER” for discount 🫶 Mash the banana with a fork, then add in the oats, cinnamon and salt. Grease a pan on medium heat with coconut oil. Add the oat mixture and flatten down with the back of a spatula. Fry for a minute until the bottom begins to cook, then break up into more and more pieces as you go. Serve up immediately with yoghurt, fruit and any other toppings you please. ENJOY! 🤍
