    Driving innovation with purpose, the 2024 Innovation Trophies took place on 6 November in the presence of Jean-Dominique Senard, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group, as well as Top Management, experts and the 38 finalist teams. A total of 9 trophies and more than 60 employees were honoured and rewarded with prizes, including a surprise trophy for the Renault Emblème demo car. Congratulations to all the winners, who are leading excellence in innovation at Renault Group.

    In a challenging yet growing EV market for the years to come, Ampere is moving fast to take the lead in Europe. One year after its launch, Ampere accelerated its development and manufacturing times: Twingo is on track to be developed in less than 2 years and Renault 5 well advanced to be manufactured in less than 10 hours in its Ampere ElectriCity hub. Going beyond electric vehicles, Ampere unveils the technologies toward net-zero mobility featured in its Renault Emblème demo-car presented at Paris Motor Show. Stay tuned!

Over the past few months, we have been making a difference in a number of key areas: 🚀 Faster development: From the highly anticipated Twingo EV, on track to be developed in less than 2 years for a selling price below €20,000, to the Renault 5, soon manufactured in under 10 hours at our cutting-edge #ElectriCity hub – we are making quality EVs more accessible and efficient than ever. 🦾 A global tech platform: we are proud to collaborate with global partners and a dedicated team in China, working very closely with Chinese partners, with the objective to learn and catch-up. We also accelerate as a Tech platform for major brands : Alpine, with A290 and A390, Nissan Motor Corporation with its Compact EV, and Mitsubishi Motors Corporation with its next EV C-SUV.   ♻️ Sustainable innovation & cost reduction: our commitment to sustainability and affordability is at the forefront of our roadmap. With a 40% cost reduction by 2028 through advancements in battery technology, such as LFP and cell-to-pack.     💖It was a very Pink October at Revoz Novo mesto! 💖 For over 8 years, the Women@RenaultGroup network at Revoz has been connecting our incredible female colleagues and fostering both personal and professional growth. While Revoz already holds one of the highest percentages of women among Renault Group plants worldwide, we’re committed to further raising this percentage, particularly by supporting women in leadership roles and promoting a balanced representation across all professions. We believe that embracing diversity in all its forms is essential for success. 🌟 This year’s theme, "Hidden talents, hidden treasures," kicked off on International Women’s Day, leading to a series of activities throughout the year. This October, our team marked Breast Cancer Awareness Month by embarking on an educational and motivational journey to Croatian Istria, where we experienced the art of truffle hunting.     The Renaulution Shareplan 2024 is stronger than ever, with a participation rate of 43%, up from 36% in 2023. In total, Renault Group employees will now hold 5.74% of its capital. "This year, we reaffirm our commitment to value sharing, benefiting all those who help create it, with this third edition. This success is another sign of their confidence in the company's strategy," said Luca de Meo, our CEO.
