Singlenä kappale julkaistiin 12. helmikuuta 1982. Singlen b-puolena on kappale Total Eclipse, jota ei julkaistu The Number of the Beast albumilla. Total Eclipse lisättiin myöhemmin vuonna 1998 remasteroidulle The Number of the Beastin albumille. Singlen listasijoitus Yhdistyneessä kuningaskunnassa oli 9.

Kappaleesta on julkaistu myös livesingle 2. joulukuuta 1985 ja kaksiosainen Run to the Hills 2002 11. maaliskuuta 2002. Run to the Hills 2002 julkaisulla kerättiin rahaa MS-tautia sairastavan, yhtyeen entisen rumpalin Clive Burrin hyväksi.
