Lay out the mini blind on top of the drop cloth and use a level to draw an outline 2 inches larger than the blinds. Iron, if needed and cut out the fabric. 2. Fully extend the blind on top of the drop cloth face down and draw an exact outline of the blind. On the two sides, fold the fabric over the line
