This Witch Hat Fascinator is an easy and classy way to dress up this year! This is a black and silver witch hat that is attached to a black yarn wrapped headband. Returns and exchange details: Unfortunately we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless our product has been grossly misrepresented. I ask that customers keep in mind that each piece has hours of work put into design and manufacturing. Halloween Costume items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent. Custom orders cannot be returned. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays. If your item has been damaged in the mail please send me pictures and we can further discuss options. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me. In the rare case that an item must be returned, a 25% restock fee will be charged, meaning the customer will receive 75% of the returned item's value, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
