If you love a Bloomin’ Onion (I mean, who doesn’t?) then you have to try this dip! It’s tangy, creamy, and absolutely delicious!

Bloomin’ Onion Dip ⤵️
3 tbsp butter
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 jar sweet pickled onions, drained
8oz softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp extra hot horseradish
1-1/2 tbsp ketchup

1. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and 1 tsp of each seasoning and toast until golden. Set aside to cool.
2. Great for appetizers or a main dish. I hate condiments but I totally love this dip! And combined with the quesadillas, it’s perfection. If you don’t have a smoker, just saute your onion until soft and add an extra 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke. I like to make this with leftover roasted chicken.
