Ski lodge holiday party

This holiday event was designed to bring a cozy winter feel to San Antonio, Texas! Gravel designed and produced an Apres Ski themed event for 600 guests at the Witte Museum featuring a karaoke cafe, ski lift photo booth, custom branded games and live screen printing. Guests, dressed in their best ski gear, enjoyed themed cocktails, food stations and a make your own smore’s dessert bar.

My client's annual company party is not complete without a theme. This year's holiday party theme is apres-ski. The house and backyard party was transformed to mimic a ski lodge. Complete with holiday cocktails, passed appetizers, cereal bar, holiday desserts, a food bank donation, woodsy photo booth, cheese display, and hanging snow globes. We brought the cozy to Souther California.
