Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer

➡️Ingredients
▶️For Batter
1Cup Whole Moong Dal, soaked overnight
2 Small Onions 
1 Inch Ginger
2-3 Green Chillies
1tsp Fennel Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Rice Flour
Salt as per taste
1/2 Cup Water to prepare the batter

▶️For Filling
250 Grams Paneer
1 Capsicum
1 Onion
2 Green Chillies
1tbs Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
Salt as per taste 
Cilantro

I also added some palak for more nutrition. Adjust consistency, add salt and make small chillas on a non stick tawa or a pan.
