What you need for the recipe
-Masoor Dal/Red Lentils - 1 cup
-Carrot - 1 small (optional)
-Garlic - 5-6 cloves
-Dry red chilli - 2
-Salt as per taste
-Water as required
-Oil/Ghee - as needed
Method
- Wash dal, add garlic, carrot, dry red chilli, salt and water and blend well. Add enough water and grind well to make a medium consistency batter.

Sagarika🌻Swagatika on Instagram: "Dal Palak!!😍  Step by step recipe: ▪️Wash and soak 1/2 cup toor dal, 1/2 cup masoor dal and 1/2 cup moong dal for 30 minutes. ▪️Transfer the soaked dal to a pressure cooker. Add water. Add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix them. ▪️Cook for 2 whistles on a medium flame. Keep aside. ▪️Wash and chop spinach leaves. Keep aside. ▪️Heat oil in a pot. ▪️Add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 dried red chillies. Let them sizzle. ▪️Add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 1 tbsp chopped ginger.
