⚠️Do not get me wrong, this exercise is great BUT we can take it to the next level by simply changing a couple things and making those biceps work way more efficiently by just changing around our body and arm position!

⚠️Anytime we have shoulder flexion (think preacher curl), we are able to bias more effort on the end part of the movement (fully contracted), and overload it. Also we can have those biceps firing from the initial position rather than gravity pulling us down and the biceps resting a little. This is why I don’t like standing right beside or on top of the cable, the resistance profile is not that good.
