Well, my kids hadn’t either! But the moment I told them I’m making it, their excitement was through the roof! 
Here’s how I made these fun and tasty pops:

Recipe:
- Besan - 1 cup
- Beetroot - 1/2 medium (steamed)
- Curd - 1/4th cup
- Water - 1/4th cup (use little at a time)
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Green chilli - 1
- Saunf - 2 tsp
- Hing - a pinch
- Salt - as per taste

Blitz it into a paste, adding water gradually.

Then, take an ice cream stick, make pops as shown in the video, add your favorite veggies, sprinkle some chaat masala on top, and serve with fresh green chutney❤️
