Layton isn't that difficult. Some of the puzzles may take a few tries, but most are pretty easy to figure out. Plus fun stories and continuity.

I am just dyslexic enough that a lot of the first game kind of drove me to tears at times near the end, actually. Not a great fit in that way.

Yeah, I bought the first one last March, and got frustrated enough that I did a lot of switching back and forth between that and Puzzle Quest 1. Loved the world and the characters and premise, cursed my brain's version of logic a whole bunch, so that I just got to the end by the skin of my teeth, then stopped.

Ohh that's what system 999 is for! I've heard it's good, now I want to go out and buy it /)_(\

Also, just to say: Dissidia is out in Canada at Walmart for 10 CAD, so I can't imagine it's that much in the States anymore, if you are interested in getting it. I got Hotel Dusk on clearance at Walmart too, a bit back, so it's probably just as cheap in America now too. :|a

Also the Katamari game for PSP suuuuucks, sad to say. it's not easy to control at all.

Yep! If you go to the English Aksys website, there's a flash demo. Apparently if you buy it from them you can get the watch too, maybe? Although the game's out of stock temporarily, so that may no longer be true.

I won't get Katamari, then. Hotel Dusk averages about, mmm, 10-15 bucks used here? Disidia is currently 17.99 used, but most of the mainstay like FF games are kind of a low priority for me vs the offshoots, because I like those better in general.
