Ka’ak el Eid is a Middle Eastern holiday cookie that’s enjoyed at Eid el Fitr celebrations marking the end of the month of Ramadan. The key ingredient is the iconic ka’ak spice blend of ground anise, fennel, mahlab and nutmeg.
