Borrowed from Lua error in Module:parameters at line 828: Parameter "notext" is not used by this template., from fuselé (spindle-shaped), from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Old French *fus (“spindle”), from (deprecated template usage) [etyl] Latin fusus (spindle). So named for its shape; in English since 1909.
