Dopamine induces attention and motivational salience , in other words , dopamine signals the perceived motivational prominance (

 I. e., the desirability or aversivevness ) of an outcome , which in turn propels the organism's behavior towards or away from achieving that outcome generating positive or negative cognitive effects.
ORIGIN OF MIND OF LIVING BEINGS
It's a matter of natural selection of millions of years in evolution and It occurred mearly from a molecular of epinephrine or norepinephrine, unlike GABA (- " a negatively charged molecular " with no carbon rings ) , due to less number of carbon RINGS, Vs that of serotonin ( 2 carbon rings ), according to my imagination , based on facts in my Research and Observations.
You know " Dopamine " , a neurotransmitter when considering in molecular level, as It lacks a 1 carboxyl group in comparison to the molecule of norepinephrine, just as dopamine is converted into norepinephrine , a carboxyl group is infused with it , resulting in activation Of alpha 1 adrenergic receptors (modulating negative cognitive effects) , for example, aggressiveness.
How about evolution of will power  ?
Our key objective is to propagate Bhudhism through metaphysics and quantum physics , Chemistry and neuroscience.

So It's vital to talk about evolution and meditation.

Summary

Description
English: The main dopaminergic pathways of the human brain: the mesocortical pathway, connecting the ventral tegmental area (VTA) with the frontal cortex; the mesolimbic pathway, connecting the VTA with the nucleus accumbens; the nigrostriatal pathway, connecting the substantia nigra with the dorsal striatum; and the tuberoinfundibular pathway, connecting the hypothalamus with the pituitary.
