Exactly the same deal as with Gals Fighters, except it's used in a couple character articles, possibly inappropriately. All of the non-redirects mention that character's appearance in this game. As well, these cross-series fighting games are a dime-a-dozen. Capcom vs. SNK doesn't list all the characters who appear in it. Axem Titanium (talk) 23:28, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

- Template:Gals Fighters (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
This template is used only on one article and repeats info that appears in list form right there in the article. The template also doesn't list which game the characters are from, so it's redundant and inferior. As well, these cross-series fighting games are a dime-a-dozen. Capcom vs. SNK doesn't list all the characters who appear in it. Axem Titanium (talk) 23:02, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

- Template:Redraw (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Its category has been deleted per discussion at Cfd. It's now orphan and redundant to several templates (e.g. Cleanup-image, Cleanup-svg, CleanSVG, etc). ZooFari 21:00, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- Redirect to cleanup-image. 76.66.203.200 (talk) 04:25, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. I do not think that redirecting to {{cleanup-image}} is necessary: the titles are dissimilar, as is the message of each template: "request has been forwarded to the Graphics Lab" (very specific) versus "image may require cleanup" (very general). The template does not have significant page history that needs to be preserved and is unused save for one transclusion in userspace, which can be substed, removed, or left alone. –BLACK FALCON (TALK) 05:05, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

- Template:XCOMRaces (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
Everything on this template is a redirect. The main Template:X-COM is superior. Axem Titanium (talk) 18:50, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- Speedy via T3. --Izno (talk) 23:19, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- I concur that this is plainly unnecessary and should be deleted, but may I ask that instead it be moved to my userspace? User:pd_THOR/Template:XCOMRaces, if it's doable. — pd_THOR | =/\= | 00:25, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
- Keep. The associated category was emptied out of process and this template was removed from all of the articles leaving the list. The template should be restored to the articles as a valid navigation tool. That is going to be my recommendation at WP:CFD where the out of process emptying of the category will be reviewed. Vegaswikian (talk) 19:21, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
- The template really only contains 3 links (which point to the three lists of aliens) that are all contained in the main X-COM template, which is present on all relevant pages. The individual enemies no longer have pages (as it should be) so there's no need for a template containing only 3 links, which is what it would have to be, if the result is keep. - Template:Vg-industry (talk · history · transclusions · logs · subpages)
This template is pretty much completely identical to Template:VG Industry except it's put at the bottom of pages. However, a lot of pages have both for some reason and it gets really redundant, especially on shorter articles where you can see them both simultaneously. We should get rid of one of them; I recommend this one since the other one mirrors the format of other templates starting with "VG" at Category:Video game navigation templates, for consistency. Axem Titanium (talk) 18:29, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, completely redundant. Locos epraix ~ Beastepraix 23:20, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

I have no idea what these templates do, but they're not being used at all and haven't been touched since 2007. They don't seem to serve any purpose and {{Nintendo hardware}} does it all centrally. Axem Titanium (talk) 17:09, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- They were meant to reduce link clutter in the main template. The idea was for the listings to be easily customizable for different articles. This was actually the way the template worked for over two years before the subtemplate code was removed by an anonymous editor, and almost no one seemed to notice. The usage notes still refer to the subtemplates. Considering that {{dedicated video game consoles}} was recently overhauled in part due to link clutter, I would recommend soliciting discussion from WP:VG and WP:NIN (preferably from editors who can understand the system) before committing to deleting these. Dancter (talk) 18:38, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
- I've let them know. In that case, I leave it completely up to those guys whether they want to keep the main template the way it is, or to change it back. Axem Titanium (talk) 22:54, 24 June 2009 (UTC)

One transclusion which should probably just be subst'd. Dunno if this is speedy-able. The same as {{VG requirements}} except specific to one article. Axem Titanium (talk) 16:45, 24 June 2009 (UTC)
